Do you have an innovative clean technology and need to get it to market? Explore how Sustainable Development Technology Canada (SDTC) funding can help. SDTC has two Funds (but the same application) that support Canadian Cleantech:
• The SD Tech Fund supports projects that address climate change, air quality, clean water and clean soil.
• The SD Natural Gas Fund supports the development and demonstration of new downstream natural gas technology.
Sustainable Development Technology Canada (SDTC) is accepting applications for funding from August 26-October 14, 2015. The SDTC fund typically cover 1/3 of the project’s elligible costs – 2/3 being matched by the consortium and/or other funding (such as OCE, NSERC, …).
Please Note: Typically, funding applications can take up to 9 months from submission to approval. Any cost incurred prior to approval is not eligible.
What is a Clean Technology?
SDTC defines clean technologies as those Innovative products or services that simultaneously reduce financial and environmental costs while driving better performance.
Peterborough-based clean technology companies can connect with PED staff to learn about available support for assembling an application (Statement of interest and funding application).
