About Terry McCullough
Terry McCullough is Vice-President and General Manager of Savage Arms Canada. McCullough, oversees the execution of the company’s strategic capital and manufacturing plans, producing between 220,000 to 300,000 rifles annually, with a total workforce of 140 to 155 employees. Savage Arms is Canada’s largest rifle manufacture and the company has been located in Lakefield, Ontario since 1968. McCullough’s manufacturing experience has been gained over 30 years of engineering and progressive leadership roles over several major manufacturing sectors, aerospace, automotive and munitions. A native of Belfast, Northern Ireland, McCullough holds a bachelor of technology, industrial engineering from Ryerson and has also completed financial and management programs at Queens School of Business and INSEAD University, France. He currently is a member of the Selwyn Economic Development and Business Committee and holds a Lead Auditor certification in the ISO 9000 quality standard.
